Born and raised in Brooklyn, N.Y, Lillian is extensively trained in modern, jazz, ballet, and hip hop. Lillian's passion lies in creating art in motion. She has choreographed for several elite dance teams earning top spots in competitions and qualifying for nationals.

During the course of her career Lillian was signed and represented by MSA Agency, worked on artist development projects, performed on MTV, Good Day New York, Nike campaigns, The Dave Chappelle Show and toured with Jennifer Webers dance troupe DecaDance theater. Her edgy style has allowed her to travel to different cities infusing her urban edge into workshops and performances. Some of her teachings include NYC's renowned Broadway Dance Center, Ocean Side Dance Studio, Covenant Dance Academy and New Rochelle H.S just to name a few.

In 2008 , Lillian had the opportunity to direct and produce her very first show entitled "Eclypse", At the Helen Mills Theater in NYC which brought all genres of entertainment to the theater. Lillian continues to choreograph and cultivate her style into every move she brings to the dance floor.

Lillian is also a certified group fitness instructor through the accredited Athletics and Fitness association of America. She has been an instructor for over 15 years and has taught at some of NYC’s top fitness institutes including Crunch, Equinox and New York Health and Racquet club.

On August 3, 2019 Lillian opened the doors to Step N Groove Studio and has been inspiring dancers one groove at time.

"At Step N Groove there is something for everyone. My goal is to guide, train and prepare dancers for professional industry careers as well as creating a space for beginner students who would like to learn the basics in a non competitive, welcoming environment. Our fitness classes add a dose of fun in between sets and offers a feeling of what we like to call exercise in disguise. " ~ Lillian

In 2020 Lillian launched her dessert company Lalily's Desserts which operates in Mount Laurel, NJ and has been featured in Mount Laurels Farmers Market, Sourth Jersey Food Scene, Moorestown Mall and Mount laurel Townships Newsletter.
