Advanced Beginner

We'll have you movin and groovin to the hottest tunes all while boosting your dance skills in a fun and welcoming environment. This class is for anyone wanting to improve their groove or former dancers looking to ease their way back into the groove. Choreography is taught in an easy to follow format. Class is open to adults 18+

Group Fitness Workout

Participants will work their way through a full body workout designed to sculpt and tone. Your workout will consist of low impact exercises designed to strengthen each muscle group.

* Participants should bring their own mat.

Advanced Hip Hop

This is an advanced level class for adults 18+. This class is all about building on choreography, musicality, coordination and of course stepping into your groove. *Must have dance experience.
